Shipment Processing Time:

Normally all orders will be processed and ready for Shipment within 2-3 business days from the
date of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If you have special delivery
needs, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are experiencing a
high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant
delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Items offered are
subject to availability. In case an order is placed for which we do not have available stock, we
will cancel the order and refund the money to the customers. We will not be responsible for
losses if any incurred by customers due to such cancellation.
Currently, Gymslave does not allow an order to be booked for an out-of-stock item. You
can contact us to inquire about the future availability of any product which is out of stock.
However, we cannot make a personal notification when the item (s) actually arrive.

Shipment method:

We use Quality courier partner and aggregator to ship such as India Post. Delivery delays can
occasionally occur depending upon the location where the item to be delivered. We deliver our items in maximum of 5 days to our customers.

Cancellations: 

If you have placed an order and for any reason it has not shipped yet, you can contact us by
any methods which we have provided. We will make every attempt to make sure that a
cancelled order does not ship. We will then cancel the order and give a full refund. In the event
that you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped and is out of our control, we will not
be able to cancel the order.
